Sheikh Shuaib Uthuman was born 30th Dec 1958 at Namalemba Busembatya District, He started his education at Mahad Nahdha Al-Islaamiyah Namalemba 1973, and he joined Madina University in 1980, He attended Intermediate level for three years, and high level also for another three years, and then he started attending degree in Islamic studies for Four years, where he graduated with a degree in Islamic studies called (Kulliyat Dawah Wa Usul deen) in 1989, Then he Joined King Saudi University of Riyadh in 1990 where he graduated with a diploma in education in 1991. Then he joined Daarul Uloom Newcastle, Kwazulu Natal in South Africa in 1994 as a lecturer in Islamic studies and supervision of late Moulana Abdul Hamid Is-Haaqa. In 1997 he joined Darul Uloom Azaadville as a lecturer in Islamic studies until 2000 under supervision of Late Moulana Qassimu Seema . From 2000 he joined Dr Shabir Hansiya in building Clifton Masjid project of Mayfair Johannesburg South Africa,  and teaching Madrasa until 2003.

in November 2007 , he acquired land in Uganda ,Jinja District to build a masjid and Madrasa, in 2010 he founded an organization named Al-Hidayah Charitable Organization and Orphanage Center (ACOOC) , and he started on building Masjid Project that took five years to be completed in 2015 with financial support from different believers in South Africa, May Allah accept their donations and grant them Jannat Ameen. Himself and his management has built one class has been completed including desks for children, now we are looking for financial support to build 6 more classes for an Islamic primary school near Masjid to provide education to all children of different religions and races, and more we intend to build more classes for secondary level.
